I try not to judge; instead, I honor the choices others make based on their experiences. Acceptance and forgiveness help me break free from pain.

I recognize that digging into painful topics with others usually just brings more hurt. I know that reaching out for help from a professional, whether it’s a therapist or a spiritual guide, is a positive step toward healing my wounded soul. I also appreciate how important friends and family are during tough times, but ultimately, it’s on me to navigate my own path of forgiveness and healing.

It’s a journey that takes time, and I understand there will be days when I feel weak and overwhelmed. I’m learning to cope with those feelings and lift myself back up through acceptance, compassion, and forgiveness. It’s like caring for someone who is unwell: I offer kindness and support, give them the time they need, and make sure they receive treatment when necessary.

Forgiveness is truly healing; it brings us closer to the divine and helps us live authentically and beautifully.
